The Pollination Project Foundation empowers passionate volunteers across the globe by providing the critical funding they need to uplift their communities, cultures and countries. Recognizing the untapped potential of frontline changemakers, we bridge the gap in resources with grants up to $500. These small yet powerful investments have shown us that even modest support can ignite significant impact. Our dedicated team of 75 grant advisors and 5 country coordinators, all experts in their fields, guide our funding decisions to ensure every dollar fuels meaningful change.
Beyond financial support, The Pollination Project Foundation assists grantees in taking their initial steps towards fundraising and offers first belief in their mission. Additionally, we offer capacity-building workshops, mindfulness retreats to prevent burnout, and resource navigation to ensure that our grantees’ work achieves tangible goals. For farm animal advocates, we are able to offer large initial capital and follow on funding of up to $10,000.

Tatiana Nushtaeva –A Bike Repair Stand Along the Pamir Highway
Location: Tajikistan
A seed grant from The Pollination Project helped Tatiana Nushtaeva open a fully equipped cycle repair station inside a women led hostel in Tajikistan’s Pamir mountains. The station now gives cyclists on the demanding Pamir Highway a safe place to fix their bikes, while giving local women a new role in the region’s growing tourism economy.

![Evgenii Selikhov knows how quickly "later" becomes too late. As founder of Just Help, he built a fast, accountable way to get insulin to displaced Ukrainians in Georgia who couldn't wait for paperwork or a system to catch up.
With a $500 seed grant from The Pollination Project, Just Help purchased and delivered 22 packs of insulin, NovoRapid, Apidra, and Lantus, reaching 7 people with 3 months of life-saving therapy. Volunteers maintained 100% cold-chain compliance, moving medication from secure storage into patients' hands without delay.
"We want to express our deepest gratitude not just for the funds, but for the trust you placed in a small, grassroots initiative like ours," Evgenii shared.
