Seeding a community
of #changemakers
We use the money we raise to invest in grassroots projects by people who seek to create a more compassionate world. Every day of the year, our network selects a new project that will receive $1,000 in seed funding. As that project blossoms, leaders can access capacity-building support, encouragement, and connectivity with others. Through these efforts, we seed a vibrant community of global changemakers who seek to spread compassion in the world for the benefit of all.
At TPP, we believe in people, so we invest in people.

When students need to learn how to add or subtract, we teach them Math. When they need to know how to write a paper, we teach them English but what do we do when they need to learn how to love? That is the question Irene Greaves is answering with a ground-breaking program she created that teaches skills on how to cultivate self-love and love for others aptly titled, Lovescaping®.

The stories behind the grants

A Lifeline Behind the Walls – Assistance to Immigrants in Detention
Indiana AID supports immigrants held under ICE in the Clay County jail, a county facility used for immigration detention. Volunteers connect with detained individuals listening closely, sharing what information they can, and helping people navigate a system designed to isolate.
Painted Pride: A Deaf Leader’s Inclusive Art Workshop
Inclusive art in Riau, Indonesia: TPP’s seed grant helped Habibi Ramadhan lead a tote bag painting workshop for 20 children with special needs—building confidence, creativity, and disability inclusion through grassroots philanthropy.
“We’re very grateful for the Pollination Project’s support. This organization was
the first (outside of our first supporters) to believe in our mission.
As a result of this grant, we have gained credibility in the refugee community and will be able to continue to grow and work towards achieving our mission.”
