Randall Mosley, Director – Amistad Reading and Music Program

Date grant awarded: April 14, 2018

The Amistad Reading and Music Project aims to teach basic reading skills to develop a thirst for learning among early elementary age school children challenged by an urban environment. Through this project, students will use phonics as a base for learning and applying new knowledge and make connections between what they learn in class to the world around them. The project strives to support children in urban settings through reading and music.
