Naturalmente Indijena is a youth-led project organizing activities and gatherings to maintain our connection to Mother Earth, indigenous ceremony, and promoting advocacy and awareness of environmental and indigenous causes.

Maya Diaz-Villalta (Pipil, Purepecha, Mexica) has a long-standing love for ceremony, wilderness training and commitment to protecting Mother Nature and her creatures. Maya has been designing activities and leading workshops and indigenous ceremonies for several years.

She last led youth to build earthen shelters and use earthen clay to make pinch pots in Indian Canyon.
