Black Lives Matter

Black lives matter. They have always mattered. We stand in solidarity with the BLM movement and all people fighting racism around the world.
The Pollination Project is a global family that includes our staff, board, 100+ grant advisors, and nearly 4,000 changemakers in 116 countries. We have always believed in the inherent dignity, worth, and value of each individual, regardless of race, religion, gender, age, who one chooses to love and any other expression of each person’s complete and authentic self.

The death of George Floyd in America is another horrific reminder of the deeply entrenched underlying issues with discrimination, inequality, and systemic racism. It shows us how much more we need to learn and how much harder we need to work to help correct these structural imbalances.

We vow to work harder. To listen. To seek to understand. And to continue to uplift individual action, encourage collaboration, and support inner transformation to encourage kindness and create a better world. We believe it is possible to break down the systems that oppress others, and we commit to doing that work on ourselves and in our communities. As we move through that work, we will share it with you in the spirit of openness that has always defined TPP.

Our deepest condolences go out to George Floyd’s family and all the people that have come before him. We will not forget.

Signed,

The Pollination Project Team
