The Pollination Project was the first organization to recognize the potential and validity of my program to take free cartooning lessons to children in hospitals. That seed money helped to motivate and inspire me.

When I first began doing these programs, I was astounded to see the deep healing impact they could have on children. I’ve watched creativity kill pain and reduce stress. Not only in the patients I serve, but in me as well. All of my aches and pains seem to vanish while I’m drawing with the kids, and any worries I might have simply vanish while I’m there.

If you have a wonderful idea and want to use your special talents to help others, The Pollination Project is a great organization that not only provides seed money for you to get started, but also a group of very caring people who will help guide you along the way and cheer you on as you go.
