I deeply appreciate TPP and the way in which the organization supports grantees both from a funding and reporting perspective as well as from a more personal perspective. Fostering development and working with communities is not always easier or straightforward…there is no formula that can be specifically followed. As in life, there are obstacles that need to be overcome, as well as new and emerging opportunities that can change the direction or timeline of a project. I have been very appreciative of the TPP’s willingness to be flexible and have a level of engagement and understanding to work with me rather than dictate how my project develops.
The Pollination Project has been a breath of fresh air and has been a consistent sense of positivity and hope that has helped me to push forward with my work.
