Totis Viribus

by | Oct 16, 2020 | ShiftHappens

Today I learned a new phrase – “Totis Viribus,” which means “with all one’s might.”

Living life purposefully takes effort. It takes work to focus our path in an intentional way; being consciously compassionate is a daily and deliberate practice.

It takes all our might.

It has been said “no risk, no reward;” you have to give something to get something.

The heartivist path invites a different mindset: “give freely, expect nothing.” It reaches out a hand to others and says “my friend, I want everything for you and nothing from you.”

In this spirit of service, separated from expectation of material gain, true abundance is found.
