We strive to make our application process simple, transparent and relational.

Below you will find the questions that we ask on our application for our daily grants. Please note that this is not our formal application. This is meant to be a preparatory guide if you are considering applying for a grant with The Pollination Project.

BUDGET

How much is the total budget for this project?
Please tell us the cost of the project in USD. This amount should include the expenditure for all activities associated with the project.

How much are you applying for from The Pollination Project?
We can only accept applications for up to $1000 USD.

Will additional funding be needed for this project to be successful?
Please share your plans to acquire additional funding if needed.

What will the TPP funds be used for?
Please list each budget item and the associated cost. The total should equal the total funding you are requesting from TPP.
Example: 1 lb. bag of corn – $5
3 Garden Shovels – $35

Are you using any non-financial resources for your project?
Please tell us about the non-financial resources which may be available to you and how you have made use of them or plan to make sure of them in carrying out this work. These might include volunteers, in-kind donations of goods or services, partnerships with other groups, mentorship opportunities, etc.

Please confirm your ability to accept funding.
I confirm that I have a PayPal account that is in my name or my organization’s name and that I can receive grant payments in US dollars. I confirm my understanding that – with the exception of my fiscal sponsor, if applicable. -TPP is unable to make grant payments to any other person or entity on my behalf. I understand that if TPP reviews my proposal and decides to make an offer of funding, that offer is conditional on the ability to accept funds to an account in my name or in my organization’s name.

Keep in mind if you do not have a bank or PayPal account already set up this will slow the process to receive your payment.
