Community Led Grantmaking

Local communities know what they need most.

As a Foundation, the best investment we can make is uplifting the voices of visionary community leaders. Our 2016 Grantmaking Hubs are led by successful Pollination Project grantees who have direct and relevant experience in a given region or issue area.

Our Leadership team are local experts who know what their communities most need. They identify promising, inspiring social change projects in their own backyards and facilitate getting funding to where it is needed most.
