Nuredeen M. W. Ra’i, Shajar Band – Arroub Camp

In the midst of the organized and unorganized violence taking place in Hebron, Palestine, lays twelve teenagers, sitting on bins and playing musical instruments. Nuredeen M. W. Ra’i has received a flow fund for the project Shajar Band – Arroub Camp, where youth are introduced to the world of music. The band commits itself to using music as a method of resistance, a tool for social change, entertainment, spirituality and therapy.
