Grantee Name: Louino Robillard
Project Name: Building Child-Friendly Spaces For Environmental Learning In Pak Nan Ginen
Grant Location: St Raphael, Haiti

Funding Partner:  Our 2016 Crowdfunding Donors

Project Description: Pak nan Ginen is a community park in rural northern Haiti that is looking to reconnect Haitians with their environment to provide a model for locally-driven reforestation. This Impact Grant aims to make the park more child-friendly, by adding a small library that will provide spaces for young people to study, learn about the environment, and have educational sessions and workshops. This will help to create rural Haitian students who are educated about and engaged for their environment.
