Gifts from Jada Foundation: Grief Relief for All
Loss and grief affect all people, no matter ones age, education, race, sex or socioeconomic status. Every year, eight out of every one thousand people die. The untreated grief that one may experience after losing someone you love can lead to physical and mental health concerns. While there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there are healthy ways to cope with the pain that accompanies the experience. The Gifts from Jada Foundation, Grief Relief for All program in Fort Lauderdale, FL, strives to ensure that everyone seeking counseling, financial support and other grief resources are served.
The project aims to see that children, teens, adults and families compassionately supported on their grief journey so they can heal. The foundation will also work with identifying grief camps for kids, licensed therapists and emergency hotlines in addition to hosting workshops.
