The World Bank shows that as of June 2012, 1,006,494 people in Cameroon access the Internet, equating to five percent of the population. Fongoh Lokjinu Atanga and Ayuk Etta Akum of Buea are recent recipients of a Pay It Forward loan for CommuFi, a project with a mission to digitally include everyone. With Fiber to Home and Building projects and training, this will enable full utilization of IT resources by the community, exploiting the advantages of 3G/4G user-friendly community.
