Date grant awarded: August 25, 2018

Christine Sipin and Maryann Aviles are the founders of Teens 4 Animal Welfare, located at Pete Knight High School in Palmdale, CA. Their main goal is to inform the public about animal welfare issues in the entertainment and clothing industries, as well as in science, and much more.

They have several projects planned including a back-to-school night, monthly volunteer days at the Hooves & Paws Rescue, a National Pet Day celebration at Domenic Massari Recreational Park, and more. The Pollination Project grant will help Teens 4 Animal Welfare purchase food samples; club t-shirts, and materials for their events.
