Bishop Kiiza Sibayirwa Thomas is the founder of Mama Sabina Community Health Centre located in Kisebere Village of Kasese District in Uganda. The project is led by a committed local team.

Mama Sabina Health Centre was established to improve on Rural Maternal-Child Health Services, “saving the lives of rural mothers and children” and the serving all community members. The project serves a huge rural community along the Uganda-DR Congo border zone that has a heavy burden of disease, marginalization and vulnerability–mainly among children and women.

The project is working hard to reduce, mitigate and prevent diseases through community health education, prevention and sanitation.
