Outlook®

  • After opening the message, right-click our email address.
  • From the drop-down menu, select Add to Outlook contacts…
  • Click the Save and Close button.
  • Our email address is now saved to your address book.

AOL 9.0®

  • Mouse over the Sender or From Name, [our email address]
  • In the pop-up window, click the Add Contact link located on the right.
  • Add any additional information that you would like in the spaces provided.
  • Click Add Contact located at the bottom of the window.
  • Our email address is now saved to your address book

Yahoo! Mail®

  • Open the email.
  • With your mouse, highlight the email address at the top of the email.
  • Right-click the highlighted email address and select Copy from the drop-down menu.
  • On the left side of your screen, next to Contacts, click Add.
  • In the Email field, right-click and select Paste.
  • Click Save.
  • Our email address is now saved in your address book.

Yahoo! Mail Classic®

  • After opening the email, click the Add sender to Contacts icon located to the right of our email address.
  • Click Add to Address Book.
  • Our email address is now saved in your address book.

MSN/Hotmail®

  • After opening the message, click the Options button located in the upper right corner.
  • Under the ‘junk email’ section click the Safe and Blocked Senders link.
  • Click on the Safe Senders link.
  • Our email address should automatically appear.
  • Enter our email address if it does not appear automatically.
  • Click the Add to List button.
  • Our email address is now saved to your address book.

Gmail

  • Click the Contacts link located on the left navigation.
  • Click the first icon located under Contacts title.
  • Type our email address in the email box located on the far right.
  • Click the Save button.
  • Our email address is now saved to your address book.

Comcast®

  • Open the email message and then click on the link directly below the sender’s name, titled Add to Address Book.
  • Add [email protected] The Email Address field should be pre-formatted with our email address.
  • Click add when you are finished entering all contact information.
  • Our email address is now saved to your address book.

Apple®

  • Open Address Book from the Launchpad, Dock, or from the Applications folder.
  • Click the Add (+) button below the contacts list to create a new contact card.
  • Enter the person’s name and contact information in the designated fields, just click a field and type. Note that each type of contact (Phone, Email, Names, addresses, and so on) is grouped in sections on the card.
  • Some fields have a pop-up menu, allowing you to choose a label for that field. For example, if you want to enter someone’s cell phone number, click the pop-up menu next to any Phone field and choose mobile.
  • To add additional fields, from the Card menu, choose Add Field, then choose a category from the menu (such as URL, Birthday, or Job Title).
  • If you want to add any extra information, type it in the Note section.
  • You can have Address Book display a picture of the person or any image that you want. To add a picture, just drag any image file onto the square next to the person’s name at the top of the card.
  • When finished, select Done or choose Save from the File menu (or press Command-S).
  • Our email address is now saved to your address book.
