“A new mural depicting Norristown police officers serving the community was unveiled in the roll call room at the police station in a special ceremony held Thursday afternoon. The brightly colored mural, which features a cityscape, a squad car and a K-9 in the foreground surrounded by scenes of officers interacting with children, is the result of a collaborative effort between the police department and Brush With the Law, a nonprofit, arts-based offender re-entry program headed by Maria Maneos.”
